Personal Data Processing Policy

This Personal Data Processing Policy has been developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” and establishes the procedure for processing and protecting personal data by Limited Liability Company “TOP-TRAFIK” (OOO “TOP-TRAFIK”, INN 9717081659, KPP 771701001; the “Operator”).

1. The Operator treats respect for human and civil rights and freedoms during personal data processing, including the protection of privacy, personal and family secrets, as a priority of its activity.

2. Blocking personal data means temporarily stopping personal data processing, except when processing is necessary to clarify information.

Personal data processing means any action or set of actions performed with or without automation tools on personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, updating, modification, extraction, use, transfer, dissemination, provision, access, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.
8. Automated personal data processing means processing personal data using computing technology.
9. Personal data means information relating to a directly or indirectly identified website user https://toptraffic.ru.
10. User means any website visitor https://toptraffic.ru.
11. Provision of personal data means actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific group of persons.
12. Dissemination of personal data means any actions aimed at transferring personal data to an indefinite group of persons.
13. Cross-border transfer of personal data means transferring personal data to a foreign government body, legal entity or individual.
14. Destruction of personal data means actions after which it becomes impossible to restore the content of personal data in the personal data information system and/or actions that destroy physical media containing personal data.

The Operator may process the following personal data of users:

• Full name;
• Email address;
• Contact phone number;
• Depersonalized data obtained through internet statistics, such as cookies and data from Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics.

All of the above data is collectively referred to as “Personal Data”.
